In Australia, individuals and entities engaged in commercial activities involving the exchange of goods or services for money are encouraged to obtain an Australian Business Number (ABN).

You are eligible if you:

• register a Pty Ltd company using ANNA Money’s company registration service and successfully complete registration;
• open an ANNA Money Business Account for the newly registered company and make your first transaction.

AUD $305.00 will be credited to your newly registered company’s ANNA Money Business Account within 3-5 business days once all steps are completed.

You will not be eligible for the Cashback if:

• adverse information is identified during company registration or account onboarding;
• the business is found to be involved in prohibited activities or prohibited purposes under the ANNA Platform Customer Agreement; or
• ANNA Money reasonably suspects fraud, duplication, unlawful purpose, or misuse of the Cashback, including where the business account is off-boarded or closed.

The ASIC registration fee of $611.00 is non-refundable. You will still receive all necessary documentation as part of the registration process.
