ANNA Updates

Pots are here!

You’ve asked for them, and now Pots are finally here! You can now put money aside for legal things like Tax or GST, or the things that you need for your business – like a new van or new equipment (or even your 2026 Christmas party…time to start saving well ahead of festivities).Pots are a way to keep the money in your ANNA account in separate piles (think sub-accounts), moving funds out of the main balance to store away to protect from every day spend. You can access Pots now in the app, and learn more here.

In-app 3D Secure authorisations

We’ve upgrading the way that card payment authorisations are handled. Previously 3D Secure prompts (when requested by the merchant) were shared via SMS. These notifications will now be presented in the ANNA app for your review and approval. This is a more robust method of authorisation and helps protect your card and payments. No action is required; this upgrade is automatically applied to your cards.

Did you know?

Quarterly BAS

The next BAS deadline is fast approaching, and ANNA is here to streamline your tax compliance. Did you know that ANNA offers tax services, including a registered tax agent, to help you submit your BAS filings and stay on top of your reporting obligations. We’d also encourage you to connect your external bank accounts to ANNA with our Open Banking connection, allowing you to securely sync all your bank accounts into ANNA for a complete picture of your business transactions (essential for GST and BAS filing).
